How to use
Massage onto clean feet, focusing on heels and calloused skin. Then cover your feet with cotton socks and leave on overnight to condition. Use two to three times a week. For best results, use with the foot file and exfoliating foot scrub to remove dead skin from the feet.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if you are a diabetic or suffer from poor circulation.
