This elegant Classic Collection necklace was hand fabricated by Designer Kimberly Arpaia in collaboration with Goldsmith Robert Lang. Each piece in the small one-off artisan collection took the Arpaia-Lang team days to weeks to make.
This feminine women's necklace incorporates the Queen's link pattern and is composed of woven and fusion-welded twisted wire rings. Part of the allure of an Arpaia® Classic Collection piece is its sumptuous feel. Fluid drizzle-like drape and smooth metal work ensure comfortable wear.
All metal is solid 925 sterling silver. After fabrication, the necklace was heavily plated with 999 pure fine silver to enhance its overall beauty. The twisted rings have luxurious dual shiny-polished and matte-satin finishes that pair beautifully with the matching handmade twisted wire toggle clasp.
Size: Medium/Large: This necklace measures 18 and 7/8 inches ... almost 19" in length with the clasp closed. Its 9mm diameter (thickness) is about 5/16ths of an inch.
Sizing Comments: This necklace is designed to fit most. Its dimension and toggle clasp take up room around the neckline. As a result, this necklace fits smaller than a regular flat chain of same length. A toggle clasp necklace should be at least slightly slack around the neck and not snug for a proper fit. As a sizing comparison, the model's measurement around the base of her neck is 13.75 inches.
